OVERVIEW
In honor of its 25th anniversary, the National Pastoral Life Center is sponsoring a series of conferences in various regions of the United States. The day-long conferences will bring national leaders to a local area and lift up the best of local practices related to the theme.

Costs
The cost to the participant is $75 for the day. It is hoped that the diocesan sponsor can find a complementary site in the diocese. In return, staff members of the local sponsoring site are able to come to the workshop gratis. Other than the site, there are no local costs. The NPLC will cover honoraria to national speaker, local speakers and travel for the national speaker and NPLC staff. The Center will also cover the costs for a box lunch. In order to keep costs at a minimum, the Center requests the diocesan sponsor to find housing in a parish rectory for national staff and speaker.

Publicity
The NPLC will prepare a flier to be used electronically and will be customized for the regional sponsor. The diocesan sponsor will see that this is distributed electronically to various groups in the area. It is hoped that coverage of the workshop could be put in the local diocesan paper; however this is the cost of the local sponsor and can be negotiated with the NPLC if there is a charge at 50/50. Electronic communications and flier mailings are the responsibility of the local sponsor.

Registration
All registration will take place on a part of the NPLC Web site dedicated to your conference. The NPLC staff will keep the local sponsor informed of the registration.
