CPPCD provides information on a variety of resources to support pastoral planning and council development on parish, regional, and diocesan levels. The Catholic Research Forum is composed of researcher and planners, most of whom are employed by Catholic (arch)dioceses and are members of CPPCD. One major project has been the National Study of Recent Diocesean Efforts at Paris Reorganization in the US - Pathways for the Church. CPPCD also has a growing array of resources for parishes.
